Stayed here with my mom and everything was nice. The staff were very amiable and amicable as well, would book here again. It was in a top location close enough to tourist attractions and everything, quiet and peacefull and quiet neighberhood.

Our trip to this superb homestay was truly delightful. the homestay was impeccably clean, offered convenient free bikes and scooter rentals, and had a tranquil village atmosphere. the location was ideal, within walking distance of popular attractions and surrounded by good dining options. We enjoyed a spacious, stylish room with a lovely view and appreciated the family's warm hospitality. A definite highlight was the tasty breakfast prepared by Ray's Mum each morning.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Big size and fashionable rooms, overlooking mountain. Location not far from everything, quiet and peacefull and quiet neighberhood and the mountain. Free parking nearby provided.

Everything was simply perfect during our 3-day stay in Ninh Binh. Our room had a bathtub, electric kettle, fridge, and glassware.

The location of the hotel was great, near all the tourist attractions in Ninh Binh. It was peaceful and quiet, in a lovely neighborhood. - We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast during our stay.

The bed in the double room was exceptionally comfortable. There was a dining area, a seating area, and a writing desk in the room. - the view from my window was of the inner courtyard. - the homestay is in a favorable location, between jackson and with genuinely helpful staff.
